Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original condition.

If the return or exchange is due to a product defect or an error in description, we will cover all associated shipping costs.

However, if the return or exchange is for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the original shipping fee (which will not be refunded) and the cost of return shipping.
